Restoring bookkeeping and tax accounting
We restore reporting for any period — from a few months to several years. We have restored documents covering 13 years, from 2007 to 2020.
The price depends on the scope: we calculate it from your own specification or after an express audit
Depends on the length of the period, the number of transactions, the state of the documents and whether corrective returns have to be filed.
You need this if
How we work
We assess the scope of work
We look at what has survived: the database, bank statements, contracts, HR documents. On that basis we name the timeline and the price. This is not the express audit: that takes two hours and gives a preliminary judgement, here the exact scope is calculated — and it is needed before any promises.
We gather the data
We reconstruct the bank movements from the statements, obtain contracts and source documents from counterparties and reconcile the settlements. What cannot be restored with documents we record separately rather than invent.
We rebuild the accounts
We rebuild the registers for the whole period, derive the correct balances and find and explain the discrepancies.
We put the reporting in order
Where required, we prepare and file corrective returns in accordance with NSBU and the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
We hand over the result
We hand over the restored accounts, a list of the documents restored and a separate list of what could not be restored, with an explanation of the consequences.
What you get
What you get
- Restored accounting registers for the whole period
- Correct balances as at the current date
- Corrective returns filed where they were required
- A clear list: what was restored, what was not and what risks remain
- The ability to keep the books properly from here on — from a reliable point, not from scratch
We assess the scope before the work starts — you get the timeline and the amount up front, not after the fact.

Questions and answers
- We have nothing left at all. Can this be restored?
- In most cases, yes. Bank statements can be requested again, and contracts and source documents can be obtained from counterparties. Completely hopeless situations are rare, but only a scope assessment gives an honest picture.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the period and the state of the documents. We name the timeline after the scope assessment — any figure before that would be a lie.
- Will we be penalised for not having filed the reporting?
- Liability for unfiled reporting exists, and restoring it does not remove that liability. But restored accounts and filed corrective returns are what reduce the risk and demonstrate good faith. For your specific situation we will say after the assessment.
- Can you go on keeping the books afterwards?
- Yes, and it is the usual scenario: we restore the accounts and then keep them on an outsourcing basis. But it is not a condition — we can simply restore them and hand them over.
